As Chairman of ABST International Trading WLL, he has been actively engaged in construction, global sourcing, and strategic trade facilitation, while also contributing to the development of retail operations through successful superstore management. With a strong vision to bridge global markets, Mr. Khandaker has been instrumental in fostering foreign investment into Bangladesh, particularly in the energy, finance, and industrial sectors. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to building sustainable partnerships and unlocking cross-border opportunities.

Mr. Probir Barua, an well experienced engineers in the field of electrical and electronics. He has been working for sourcing different commodity for agricultural and industrial raw materials, power, energy, equipment. He is also well experienced in contract, trade and finance management

Mr. Sudhir Vamadevan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ABST International Trading WLL, bringing over 35 years of distinguished leadership experience across the MENA region. With a strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) and an MBA, he combines technical expertise with strategic business insight to lead the organization with clarity and vision. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sudhir has built extensive experience across multiple industries, including Construction, Steel, FMCG, and Logistics. His deep understanding of regional and international markets has enabled him to successfully lead operations, develop resilient business models, and drive sustainable growth across complex and competitive environments. As CEO, he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. His leadership is defined by a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value creation, positioning ABST International Trading WLL as a reliable and trusted partner in global trade. Mr. Sudhir’s core strengths include supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, market expansion, and partnership development. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, while enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. Under his leadership, ABST International Trading WLL continues to strengthen its presence in international markets, guided by a commitment to integrity, reliability, and customer-centric service.

Mrs. Akhila Sudhir serves as the Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in management, procurement, and logistics. She provides strong strategic direction and operational leadership, playing a key role in driving the organization’s growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation. With a proven track record across complex business environments, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in optimizing supply chains, strengthening procurement systems, and improving overall operational performance. Her leadership is defined by a practical, results-oriented approach that supports both business continuity and sustainable expansion. An accomplished professional with both an MBA and MCA with CPP & CPPM Certified, Mrs. Akhila combines strong academic foundations with extensive industry expertise. Her core strengths include developing robust vendor partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, streamlining processes, and implementing effective business improvements that enhance competitiveness and service delivery. As Managing Director, she is committed to fostering operational excellence, building trusted business relationships, and ensuring the organization remains agile, efficient, and well-positioned for future growth.

Mr. Mohammad Ruhul Amin has been living in United Kingdom as a citizen for more than two decades, he is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AB Sourcing and Trading, he is a experienced merchant ship skipper, having overseas experience for many years in trade and business and task oriented person.

Mr. Masood Ahmed Memon is an experienced IT Executive based in Doha, Qatar, with expertise in digital banking, payments, and ATM operations. He has led major technology-driven initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation, bridging business and technology to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions in the financial sector.

Mr. Abass Appiah is a distinguished finance and banking professional with over 25 years of executive experience across financial services, energy, investment consulting, and project finance. He serves as Country Managing Director of ABST International GH Limited, where he leads strategic advisory, global trade, investment consulting, and infrastructure finance initiatives.

His career includes senior leadership roles with Access Bank Ghana, Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana, Electricity Company of Ghana, PK Shams Investment Limited, MulticomIOT Ghana, and Royan Group Inc. He has led major syndicated finance transactions, public sector banking initiatives, cross-border partnerships, and energy-sector reforms.

Abass brings deep expertise in financial structuring, institutional banking, corporate governance, project finance, and strategic business advisory, positioning him as a trusted partner for governments, corporates, and international investors across Africa and beyond.

Mr. Mohan Prahaladan – Country Director (Kazakhstan & Turkmenistan)

Mr. Mohan is a seasoned international businessman with extensive experience across global markets. Originally from Sri Lanka, he has built a strong reputation in international trade, particularly within the global coffee industry, where he maintains close relationships with renowned and historic coffee producers, especially in Europe.

With a powerful network spanning multiple industries and regions, Mr. Mohan brings strategic insight and commercial expertise to ABST’s expansion initiatives in Central Asia. His deep understanding of international business, combined with his ability to establish high-level partnerships, plays a key role in driving growth across energy, agriculture, and commodity trading sectors.

As Country Director for Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, Mr. Mohan is responsible for leading regional operations, developing strategic alliances, and establishing a strong foundation for ABST’s long-term presence in the region.
