With a strong vision to bridge global markets, Mr. Khandaker has been instrumental in fostering foreign investment into Bangladesh, particularly in the energy, finance, and industrial sectors. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to building sustainable partnerships and unlocking cross-border opportunities.

Mr. Probir Barua, an well experienced engineers in the field of electrical and electronics. He has been working for sourcing different commodity for agricultural and industrial raw materials, power, energy, equipment. He is also well experienced in contract, trade and finance management

Mr. Sudhir Vamadevan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ABST International Trading WLL, bringing over 35 years of distinguished leadership experience across the MENA region. With a strong academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) and an MBA, he combines technical expertise with strategic business insight to lead the organization with clarity and vision. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sudhir has built extensive experience across multiple industries, including Construction, Steel, FMCG, and Logistics. His deep understanding of regional and international markets has enabled him to successfully lead operations, develop resilient business models, and drive sustainable growth across complex and competitive environments. As CEO, he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. His leadership is defined by a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value creation, positioning ABST International Trading WLL as a reliable and trusted partner in global trade. Mr. Sudhir’s core strengths include supply chain optimization, strategic sourcing, market expansion, and partnership development. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, while enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. Mrs. Akhila Sudhir serves as the Managing Director, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in management, procurement, and logistics. She provides strong strategic direction and operational leadership, playing a key role in driving the organization’s growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation. With a proven track record across complex business environments, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in optimizing supply chains, strengthening procurement systems, and improving overall operational performance. Her leadership is defined by a practical, results-oriented approach that supports both business continuity and sustainable expansion. An accomplished professional with both an MBA and MCA with CPP & CPPM Certified, Mrs. Akhila combines strong academic foundations with extensive industry expertise. Her core strengths include developing robust vendor partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, streamlining processes, and implementing effective business improvements that enhance competitiveness and service delivery. As Managing Director, she is committed to fostering operational excellence, building trusted business relationships, and ensuring the organization remains agile, efficient, and well-positioned for future growth.

Mr. Mohammad Ruhul Amin has been living in United Kingdom as a citizen for more than two decades, he is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AB Sourcing and Trading, he is a experienced merchant ship skipper, having overseas experience for many years in trade and business and task oriented person.

Mr. Masood Memon is a seasoned Program Management, Digital Payments, and Banking Technology Executive with over 25 years of international experience delivering large-scale transformation programs across banking, fintech, and enterprise technology. He has successfully led strategic initiatives in digital banking, card issuing and acquiring, payment modernization, AI-driven automation, ISO 20022 transformation, digital wallets, fraud management, and enterprise program governance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Masood has held leadership positions with renowned organizations including Doha Bank, Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank, United Bank Limited, Askari Commercial Bank, Pakistan International Airlines, and Voice Digital. He has managed complex, multi-million-dollar technology programs, driving innovation, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth across the Middle East, North America, and Asia.

His expertise spans program and portfolio management, payment systems, AI transformation, digital channels, ERP implementation, payment gateways, card lifecycle management, fraud prevention, reconciliation automation, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional leadership. Masood is recognized for aligning technology strategies with business objectives while delivering secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

A strategic leader with deep technical knowledge and strong commercial acumen, Masood excels at building high-performing teams, managing global stakeholder relationships, and delivering innovative digital transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. His extensive background in Visa, Mastercard, EMV, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, ACH, SWIFT, RTGS, digital wallets, tokenization, and enterprise payment ecosystems positions him as a trusted advisor for organizations seeking to modernize their financial technology landscape.

Mr. Abass Appiah is a distinguished finance and banking professional with over 25 years of executive experience across financial services, energy, investment consulting, and project finance. He serves as Country Managing Director of ABST International GH Limited, where he leads strategic advisory, global trade, investment consulting, and infrastructure finance initiatives.

His career includes senior leadership roles with Access Bank Ghana, Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana, Electricity Company of Ghana, PK Shams Investment Limited, MulticomIOT Ghana, and Royan Group Inc. He has led major syndicated finance transactions, public sector banking initiatives, cross-border partnerships, and energy-sector reforms.

Abass brings deep expertise in financial structuring, institutional banking, corporate governance, project finance, and strategic business advisory, positioning him as a trusted partner for governments, corporates, and international investors across Africa and beyond.

Mr. Mohan is a seasoned international businessman with extensive experience across global markets. Originally from Sri Lanka, he has built a strong reputation in international trade, particularly within the global coffee industry, where he maintains close relationships with renowned and historic coffee producers, especially in Europe.

With a powerful network spanning multiple industries and regions, Mr. Mohan brings strategic insight and commercial expertise to ABST’s expansion initiatives in Central Asia. His deep understanding of international business, combined with his ability to establish high-level partnerships, plays a key role in driving growth across energy, agriculture, and commodity trading sectors.

As Country Director for Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, Mr. Mohan is responsible for leading regional operations, developing strategic alliances, and establishing a strong foundation for ABST’s long-term presence in the region.

His leadership, global perspective, and results-driven approach position him as a key figure in advancing ABST’s international vision. 

Mr. Shyngys Makmut Shyndauletuly is a dynamic agribusiness executive and business development professional with expertise in agricultural operations, strategic planning, international trade, and investment analysis. As Director of AGRO-Resource 2021 LLP, he leads the company's growth initiatives, operational management, procurement strategies, and implementation of innovative agricultural technologies.

With a strong academic background in Finance and Investment from De Montfort University Kazakhstan and ongoing Master's studies at Kazakh Agricultural Research University, Shyngys combines financial expertise with practical industry leadership. He has extensive experience in supplier negotiations, project management, business expansion, and export-oriented commodity trading.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh, Shyngys is recognized for his strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to build successful partnerships across international markets. He is committed to advancing modern, technology-driven agricultural solutions and driving sustainable business growth.

Mr. Saharil Mohd Saad is a highly accomplished procurement and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience spanning Quantity Surveying, Strategic Procurement, Commercial Management, and Project Delivery. As the Country Director of ABST Global Enterprise (Malaysia), he is responsible for driving the Chairman’s strategic vision, strengthening commercial partnerships, and facilitating trade and business opportunities between Southeast Asia and the Middle East under the ABST International (Qatar) network. 

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Saharil has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Procurement Officer for prominent Malaysian Government-Linked Companies (GLCs). In these roles, he successfully led large-scale procurement initiatives, developed robust supplier ecosystems, ensured regulatory compliance, and implemented strategic sourcing solutions that delivered operational efficiency and sustainable value. 

Mr. Saharil also brings significant international experience from the Middle East, where he was involved in commercial and project management functions for a major Qatari government entity. His responsibilities included managing commercial risk, overseeing contract administration, and ensuring that complex infrastructure and construction projects were aligned with international standards, governance requirements, and best practices. 

A qualified Quantity Surveyor and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Mr. Saharil combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. His extensive experience across both Malaysian and Middle Eastern markets enables him to build strong partnerships, uphold sound governance practices, and support the successful execution of regional initiatives while maintaining a clear focus on long-term growth and sustainability.

Mr. Sanju Satheesachandran is a seasoned engineering and business leader with over 17 years of international experience in infrastructure, utility engineering, project management, and business development across India, the UAE, and the GCC region.

As Country Director – INDIA, he leads the growth and strategic operations of ABST VAMA Global Private Limited, driving international partnerships, market expansion, and project development initiatives. Combining technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, he plays a key role in connecting global opportunities with emerging markets.

His expertise includes infrastructure development, engineering consultancy, strategic business development, BIM & GIS technologies, and stakeholder management, making him a trusted leader in delivering sustainable growth and high-value business solutions.
