Characteristics: White to off-white color, low ash content, high polarimetric value, and high sucrose content.
 

Applications: Baking, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and food processing industries.
 

• IC600 - IC1200: IC600 to IC1200 are ranges of sugar classification based on their colour and impurity levels.
 

Characteristics: These sugars have a range of colours from light brown to dark brown, with varying levels of impurities such as molasses, ash, and non-sugar substances.

• S30: S30 is a type of sugar with a lower sucrose content than ICUMSA45.
